GCRPS is a non-govermental (Think-Tank) organisation working with goverments and non-govermental groups in the identification of bottlenecks, suggestions of practical solutions and the implementation of these solutions.

Black Tie Webs have been adding to the develpment of this multisite, and as this is an ongoing project for more than 2 years now, we have made many additions and we are almost complete with the new custom membership and social network application development.
